The Online Video Platform offers many possibilities to generate reports on video performance and viewer interaction, including:
- Click paths
- Flowcharts
- KPI dashboards
To get started:
- Click to expand “Analytics” in the left sidebar menu
- Click “Projects”
- Select a project:
Interactive videos can be analyzed using the Performance as well as the Flow Analysis data.
1.0 | Project Performance
The Performance interface displays:
- A viewers graph showing the total view count over a selected date range
- KPI Metrics (configured based on the predefined targets of the interactive video)
To export the project performance, click the download menu. The following export options are available:
- Form Data — exports raw form submission data
- Statistics sheet — exports a full statistics overview
- Performance export — exports KPI performance data to an Excel file
2.0 | Flow Analysis
Open the “Flow Analysis” tab to see a visual overview of the project’s interactivity flow. Each clip node displays its view count, entry and exit views, and initialization count directly in the diagram. Use the “zoom” option to fit the entire flow on screen, or drag the canvas to pan through larger projects:
