To view a specific publication in the Enterprise Portal, select the publication from the left side of the screen.

The top-left panel shows a list of users for the publication, showing the most recently added users first. Publication information displays an overview of publication settings, such as the logo shown when logging into your publication, the number of users, the account label, and more. You can replace the logo on this page by pressing the Upload & save new logo button. VMS Statistics displays the number of clips uploaded on a monthly basis (Media Created) as well as the total number of clips on disk (Media Stored).
2.0 | Users
The Users tab gives an overview of all users with access to the publication. From here you can update their email addresses, usernames, names, and roles.
2.1 | Add user
Selecting the Add User button at the top right displays a screen like this:

Fill in the user’s details, such as email address, first name, and last name. The username is automatically generated, but you can override it with a username of your choice. Optionally, select a gender and assign roles to this user. If you leave the password and confirm password fields blank, the user will receive an email prompting them to create their own password. Alternatively, you can set the password for the new user yourself.
2.2 | Authorise users
Pressing the Authorize user button at the top right opens a new window, shown below.

To find the users you are looking for, search by either publication or email address. To add one or more users, check the box next to each user you want to add. Once the correct users are selected, click Authorize selected user(s).
2.3 | Adjust roles and permissions
Clicking anywhere in the Roles column reveals role checkboxes for a given user. Checking or unchecking a box instantly adds or removes that role for the user on this publication.

3.0 | Transcoding
The Transcoding tab displays an overview of all transcoding profiles currently in use for this publication. Each profile converts video to a specific format to support playback across multiple devices.

4.0 | Players
The Players tab displays an overview of all players that can be selected for a playout.

5.0 | Configuration
The Configuration tab displays a list of fields used to edit root-only options in the Online Video Platform. Most users will not need to edit anything on this tab. We strongly advise contacting support@bluebillywig.com before making any changes, to ensure this page is used correctly.
