Starting on Friday October 22nd (±) 12:00 CET, some customers may have experienced slower performance when working in the Online Video Platform (OVP) due to an issue with a distributed cache layer. As a result: loading or editing video and/or metadata content might have taken longer than usual. The issue has been mainly resolved on Friday October 22nd at 16:45 CET by a first upgrade done on our system. Occasionally short dips in performance may have been experienced by some clients. Therefore we are continuing to fully upgrade our system until Monday November 1st at the latest.
