Starting on Thursday September 21st (±) 12:30 CET some customers may have experienced issues with content playback due to an Amazon database cluster autoscaling issue. As a result, non cacheable media content (e.g. due to token protection) may have been unable to play. Our DevOps team immediately detected the issue after which it was quickly resolved at 13:10 CET by AWS services. To prevent similar incidents in the future the issue has been raised by our DevOps team with AWS services for further investigation.
